We collect only what we need to sell you an eSIM and deliver it: your email, your order and payment details (handled by Whop), and the eSIM itself. We never sell your data.

What we collect and why

Who we share it with
Only the services that make your order work:
- Whop – payment processing and receipts.
- Our eSIM supplier – creates your eSIM and emails you the QR code and install steps.
- Make.com – the automation that places your eSIM order and stores the order record.
- Cloudflare – hosts this website.
Some of these companies store data outside Indonesia (for example in the EU, US or Singapore). We share only what each service needs to do its part.
How long we keep it
Order and eSIM records: 24 months after purchase, for support and accounting, then deleted. Payment records are kept by Whop under its own policy.
Your rights
Under Indonesia's Personal Data Protection Law (Law No. 27 of 2022) you can ask us to show you your data, correct it, delete it, stop processing it, or withdraw your consent. Email cs@hotelmurah.com; we reply within 14 days.
Cookies
Our site does not use advertising cookies. Whop's checkout may set cookies needed for secure payment.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page.
