Terms of Service

Last updated: 12 October 2026

By buying from Travelindo you get a prepaid travel eSIM data plan, delivered as a QR code by email, for the destination, data amount and validity shown at checkout.

  1. The service. Travelindo (run by Hotelmurah) resells prepaid eSIM data plans supplied by a third-party eSIM provider. The mobile network service itself is provided by local network operators at your destination.
  2. Your phone. You must use an eSIM-compatible, carrier-unlocked phone. Check this before buying. We cannot refund an eSIM because a phone is incompatible or locked.
  3. Delivery. After payment, your QR code is shown on the thank-you page when ready, and is emailed to the address you used at checkout, usually within minutes and at most within 2 hours. Check your spam folder. Install it only once: a QR code usually cannot be reused.
  4. Data and validity. Data amounts and validity are as described in each plan. Validity normally starts when the eSIM first connects to a supported network at your destination. Unused data does not carry over. Some plans include a fair-usage limit set by the network.
  5. Coverage and speed. Coverage and speeds depend on the local networks and are not guaranteed everywhere. Network outages are outside our control.
  6. Prices and payment. Prices are in US dollars and include the eSIM. Payments are processed by Whop. Your bank may convert currency and charge its own fees. Prices may change, but you always pay the price shown at checkout.
  7. Refunds. See our Refund Policy.
  8. Acceptable use. Do not use the eSIM for illegal activity, spam, or reselling.
  9. Liability. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any order is limited to the price you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect losses such as missed bookings or roaming charges from your own SIM.
  10. Support. Support is by email only: cs@hotelmurah.com. We aim to reply within 2 working days.
  11. Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Disputes go to the courts of Jakarta.
  12. Changes. We may update these terms. The version on this page when you buy applies to your order.
